Unable to log in, account lock outs, password resets, profile changes, and general system access issues.
Please contact your Local Agency SECTOR Administrator (LASA). Every agency was provided at least one internal LASA contact when they were brought online with the system. To help expedite troubleshooting and service support, please contact your LASA first to help rule out issues that may be the result of other causes (such as local security policies, etc). If your LASA cannot resolve the issue, they may contact the WSP (see below) for advanced system support.
Hardware (barcode scanner, printer, computer) issues or problems with connection to the internet (send & receive issues).

Users have the software and Back Office manuals available. To find the manuals, log into the SECTOR Back Office, hover over Downloads and select Manuals. All user manuals are updated regularly.
SECTOR issues and questions that cannot be resolved by your agency support staff or LASA.
